What is Cost per site visit?
Cost per site visit is the total marketing spend divided by the number of completed site visits in the same period. It is a more reliable real estate performance metric than cost per lead because a site visit is the strongest leading indicator of a booking.
Formula: cost per site visit = marketing spend ÷ completed site visits.
Tracking it requires marking visits in the CRM against each lead’s original source.
Why it matters in Indian real estate
Two campaigns with the same CPL can have very different costs per visit. Budget should move toward whichever produces visits most cheaply.
