Lead response leak calculator
The lead response leak calculator compares current completed visits with an editable faster-response scenario. It uses your monthly leads and lead-to-visit rate, applying your assumed relative improvement only when response time exceeds your target. The difference represents visits potentially missed under those assumptions, not a measured causal loss or a booking guarantee.

Assumption-based scenario, not an observed causal loss. Only your chosen improvement determines the gap when response exceeds the target. Visits cannot exceed leads.

How it calculates
- Current visits = monthly leads × current lead-to-visit rate ÷ 100.
- If average response exceeds the editable target, scenario rate = current rate × (1 + assumed relative improvement ÷ 100), capped at 100%. Otherwise the scenario equals the current rate.
- Potential visit gap = scenario visits minus current visits. No response-time curve, external benchmark or causal relationship is inferred from minutes alone.
- Defaults (five-minute target and 20% relative improvement) are illustrative inputs, not measured benchmarks. Edit both using your own experiment or choose zero improvement.
