Marketing budget planner
The marketing budget planner calculates gross development value from units and average ticket size, then applies an editable marketing percentage. Developers can review a typical planning range of 1–3%, adjust it to their project and split the chosen envelope across phases and channels. Every allocation is a scenario, not a sales forecast.
Your project
All defaults are illustrative. Define which marketing costs the envelope includes before using it.

Target months spread the envelope for planning; they do not predict sales. Phase and channel views each allocate the same envelope.

How it calculates
- GDV = units × average ticket size in rupees.
- Marketing envelope = GDV × chosen percentage ÷ 100. The typical 1–3% starting range is an illustrative planning convention, not a verified national benchmark.
- Monthly planning average = marketing envelope ÷ target sell-through months. This is not a cash-flow schedule or promise of sales.
- Phase and channel weights are editable and must each total 100%. Each view allocates the same total envelope; do not add the two views together.
